Best leaders, good governance... the cry of the voting students of the Junior High School Department for this year's SACB official's election.
September 5, 2022, is the most anticipated day for all JHS students, candidates, and voters because one of the most exciting first quarter activities is about to begin, the beginning of the "selection process," in which students will have time to listen to the platforms, plans, and aspirations of the student candidates in order to choose morally, exercise the right to vote, and elect the most deserving potential leaders to lead the JHS supreme student government for the School Year 2022-2023.
The program proper started at 8:30 am. The opening prayer was led by Mrs. Analyn T. Malutao, followed by the Opening Remarks from the Basic Education Principal, Dr. Jason S. Valera. Guidelines on Election were discussed by Mrs. Maria Lourdes S. Villajos.
The introduction of the whole line-up of the unchallenged SIKLAB Party was the program's high point. Each candidate was given adequate opportunity to present particular plays and programs, while the President, Anya Mira Candava, outlined the party's overall platforms. The party's tagline is "Fueling the Passion towards a Shared Vision," considering the tagline, the platforms, and leadership of the candidates- the whole student body is eager for the best governance and support from the leaders as they aim for a shared vision.
Regardless of the candidates' shown leadership abilities, it was agreed on the election standards that in order to be chosen as an officer, each candidate must earn votes from at least fifty percent (50%) of the entire voting population plus one.
The SIKLAB Party's entire slate of candidates is as follows:
