Fr. Felino B. Javines, Jr., SVD, DM
The President is the Chief Executive of the College. He reports to the Board of Trustees. He plans and directs the work of the school in accordance with school vision, mission and goals. He exercises general leadership and administration over the whole college. He is responsible for the overall management of the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the college. He interprets and enforces the policies of the Board of Trustees, and CHED and DepEd, executing and implementing the general plans. He is elected by the Board of Trustees and serves for a term of three years and may be re-elected.
