Themed "Glitz and Glam: A Symphony of Modern Beauty's Allure"

The Divine Word College of San Jose (DWCSJ) transformed the Fr. McSherry Gymnasium into a dazzling spectacle last Friday, March 15, 2024, for the much-anticipated JHS Prom. Themed "Glitz and Glam: A Symphony of Modern Beauty's Allure," the event saw graduating junior high school students celebrate their academic journey in style.

Adorned with sparkling decorations and shimmering lights, the gymnasium exuded an atmosphere of sophistication and glamour. Students, dressed in their finest attire, arrived with their dates, ready for an evening filled with music, dancing, and merriment.

The night commenced with a formal program, which included a prayer, the Philippine National Anthem, and a welcome address from the Basic Education Principal. This was followed by the much-awaited presentation of the dances and the prom king and queen, whose elegance and charm truly embodied the theme of the evening.

The dance floor then came alive as students swayed to the energetic beats of the DJ. Laughter and joy filled the air as they created lasting memories with their classmates. The event also featured photo booths, allowing the students to capture precious moments with their friends.

The Divine Word College of San Jose JHS Prom was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on the grade 10 students. It served as a fitting culmination of their junior high school experience and a cherished memory they will carry with them as they embark on the next chapter of their academic journey.
