SHS, BSBA attend Statistics for Research Seminar

Students from Grade 12 Senior High School (SHS) and BSBA attended a research seminar about statistics for research. Dr. Chona T. Jarabata, Vice President of Academic Affairs and statistics professor provided the latest advancements and methodologies in statistics, held at the Bishop Manuel Function Room, March 1.

The said seminar covered key topics such as experimental and nonexperimental research, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, correlation, regression, and analysis of variance. Throughout the session, students actively engaged with Dr. Chona through posing questions and exchanging ideas.

All attendees were very grateful to Dr. Chona for sharing her expertise and insights. This event was organized by the Catalyst Club, along with the research instructors, as part of its initiative to enhance the research skills and competencies of the students.
