SCC reaches out to Old Mangarin

The members of Student Coordinating Council (SCC) extended their hands to the unfortunate residents of Barangay Old Mangarin, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, March 4, 2018, Sunday.

SCC President Judelaine Ylagan, together with her fellow officers, Senior High School students and SHS teachers namely, Ms. Alpha Sualog (HUMSS Coordinator), Ms. Josephine Bautista (STEM Coordinator), Mrs. Brenda Tamayosa (GAS Coordinator) and Mrs. Elisa Billiones (SCC Moderator and TVL Coordinator) and Frt. Joel Malvas, SVD, went there to provide joy and relief for them.

All of their gifts came from donations which included bags of rice, goodies, groceries and old clothes. Their SCC platform included feeding program, games and storytelling.

Through the help of the SHS English Club, they donated boxes of books that could help in honing the minds of the young children and can be used by the Barangay's school as resources of knowledge.
